How We Work
Soil-first engineering
Before we design your pool, we assess your dirt. Scottsdale's geology varies block by block: expansive clay in the flats, caliche deposits through Paradise Valley and north Scottsdale, decomposed granite on hillside lots. Each requires different excavation approaches, different structural engineering, and different drainage solutions. We identify these conditions at the start, before the excavator hits something unexpected.
HOA handled before you break ground
In DC Ranch, Troon North, Desert Mountain, and Grayhawk, architectural review isn't optional. We prepare HOA submissions during the design phase. We know what each board prioritizes: DC Ranch scrutinizes material palettes and plant species, Troon focuses on view preservation and topographic integration, Desert Mountain has its own design vocabulary. Designs that match the community's expectations get approved faster.
Fixed-price contracts
Our proposals include a detailed scope, material specifications, timeline, and a fixed price. If we find caliche during soil testing, the blasting cost is in your quote before you sign. If the HOA requires a design revision, we absorb that cost. The number you agree to is the number you pay.
Scottsdale Is All We Do
National pool companies apply the same designs from Tampa to Tucson. Those designs fail in the Sonoran Desert. Monsoon drainage, extreme UV, 115°F curing temperatures, and the strictest HOA requirements in the Southwest require local knowledge at every step.
