What Happens Next
- We talk. A quick call to understand your goals, property location, and rough timeline. We'll flag any HOA or permitting considerations upfront.
- We visit your property. A free on-site assessment covering soil conditions, shade patterns, views, access, and drainage. Takes about an hour.
- You get a fixed-price proposal. Custom design with 3D visualization, material specifications, engineering details, and a price that won't change.
Construction typically takes 8–12 weeks once permits are approved. Factor in 3–4 weeks for permitting and 2–4 weeks for design, and most projects run 4–6 months total. Book your October–April build slot early — we recommend reaching out by August for fall starts.
